The BharatBenz Retail Channel Partners Meet, Dealer Day 2025, brought together over 90 participants including our core sales and service team along with more than 30 dealer principals and leadership members, hosted in Karlsruhe, Germany from November 5th to 7th, 2025. With the theme ONE – Oneness, Nurture, and Excel, the three-day immersive session featured experiences of Daimler Truck’s global products at the Wörth Plant, hands-on exposure to advanced safety features, test drives, and detailed walkarounds showcasing zero-emission technology, followed by business strategy workshops and interactive breakout sessions on Brand, Parts, Service Excellence, Downstream Business, and Process Excellence. We also celebrated BharatBenz’s stellar 2024 performance in the truck and bus business in India with a gala awards night, and concluded the itinerary with an engaging session with the Mercedez Benz senior management. As we step into our 14th year of operations in India, we remain full of passion and united in our commitment to the brand values of Excellence, Reliability, and Partnership.
